MaineCare recipients can make an appointment to see Dr. DuBois at the Sacopee Valley Health Center in Porter, ME by calling 207-625-8126.
It is the patient's responsiblity to know if their insurance policy covers eye exams. If you need assistance determining if your insurance covers an eye exam or if we accept your insurance, please call the office.
